Returns, Shipping, Tax, etc…
We accept credit cards (using Stripe), PayPal, Venmo, and checks. Checks must be received within 10 days of order. After 10 days, we will return the painting back into stock and cancel the order.

We ship to USA using USPS Priority Mail with insurance. For odd-sized paintings, we may use other carriers. If you need faster shipping, please email Anna here.
Shipping for all international orders will be calculated separately and an invoice sent before the painting will be shipped. Please email Anna here for a quote.
Most paintings are temporarily matted to protect them during shipment unless otherwise stated. Some are framed.
Tax is automatically calculated by state.
I accept returns within 14 days; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping + a 20% re-stocking fee. The painting must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
Upon receipt of your return, we will email a notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This may take up to 4 weeks.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All sale items are final – no refunds.
You may cancel an order up until it has been processed by emailing Anna here.
I do my best to photograph my paintings using natural sunlight however; individual monitors or devices have different calibrations of brightness, hues, and contrast so the coloring may differ slightly in person and be slightly darker upon receipt of the painting.
All my paintings are original and one-of-a-kind.
